Changing visibility of a Repository

Here are the steps to change visibility of a repo from your account. 

1. User can change repo visibility (public/private) on Webapp Dashboard, under My Repos.
2. Open or close lock will show repo is public or private respectively (e.g, in this example repo is private)
3. Click on the dots (...) for the repo you want to change visibility
4. When you click on dots it will open menu
5. Click on the text to make changes according to your requirments

Note: Public repo is visible to all.
